First time visiting & we were very pleasantly surprised with the entire resort! There was a wedding going on- perfect day!! Our food was fabulous & drinks were delicious! It was our 35th ❤️ we will certainly be back!!

The double smash burger doesn't disappoint. At the tavern, live music, fire. It's perfect. The basil mayo along with the toasted brioche bun and fries, and a cold IPA is the perfect night.

This french onion soup is worth the drive! My mom made hers, and it was hours of delicious smells in the kitche , her heart poured into the bowl. One bite of this dish, and i was transported to my childhood. Made slow with love and care... it is full of heart and hearty. Amazing!

The short rib poutine was amazing! The short rib was cooked perfectly tender and the mozzarella curds add a perfect creaminess to the crispy fries. The gravy brings it all together. Probably the best poutine I've ever had and I try it whenever I see it on the menu.

I was craving something fresh and light, so I stopped by the Brown Swan and tried the Schroon Summer Salad. It was exactly what I wanted! Fresh ingredients, tons of flavor, and so refreshing. Definitely hit the spot!
